All amigurumi plushies are handmade by me and are custom creations.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations from reference images may occur.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. I reserve the right to pause work briefly for academic or personal obligations, with communication provided to the client.

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.

Work will not start until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid before the finished item is shipped or delivered.

The price reflects time, complexity, and materials used.

Commission timelines vary depending on complexity and the current queue. Clients may refer to my Trello to see the current progress and queue.

Estimated completion times are approximate and not guaranteed. I am a busy medical student, and commissions may be delayed at certain times, which I will communicate.

Updates will be provided during major milestones (e.g., start, halfway point, completion).

Commissions are completed in the order deposits are received unless otherwise agreed upon.

Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee.

Minor adjustments can be requested during the early stages of production.

Major design changes after work has started may incur additional changes

Once assembly begins, design changes may not be possible.

Deposits are non-refundable due to the time and preparation invested.

If a commission is canceled after work has started, partial refunds may be issued at my discretion, depending on the progress completed.

No refunds are issued once the plush is finished.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated before final payment.

Buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or damaged packages will be handled according to carrier policies.

I reserve the right to share photos of completed commissions for portfolio or social media use unless the buyer requests otherwise.
